Refund Policy
All ticket sales and program, workshop and class registrations are final. No refunds, or exchanges. Season ticket holders may change reserved dates no later than 24 hours in advance of originally reserved date, subject to seating availability.
Reservation requests, paid or unpaid, for all audience members will be held until 5 minutes prior to showtime. Unclaimed reservations are released for immediate resale at that time to any person on standby at the box office. Tickets released for resale will not be refunded. Please arrive on time.

Privacy Policy
The Beaverton Civic Theatre only collects the necessary information to sign you up for our email list, or to sell you tickets. That's generally your name, email, billing/shipping address, and credit card data. The rest of the time, you may use our site anonymously. (You can even wear a disguise, if you think it will help your anonymity. If you need ideas for disguises, come see a show, and check out our actors' costumes.)
If you explicitly sign up for our email list, we'll send you periodic email about theatre news. If you don't explicitly sign up, then the only emails you should get from us are about your ticket orders. If you are getting unwanted emails, please email us, and we'll get things fixed up as soon as we can. We hate junk mail, too.
Otherwise, we only use your data to process transactions. We don't send it anywhere, other than to those systems or companies that are necessary to allow us to sell you the tickets, such as our credit card processor. We don't give away or trade your data with anyone else, and we certainly don't sell it; if we wanted to make money that way, we'd find a business with higher volume than a community theatre.
Sensitive data is transmitted to our payment gateway provider via encrypted SSL, and they're required to keep it confidential, limiting access to a select group of authorized individuals. We don't store your credit details on our system after a transaction, as we'd rather spend our time putting on a great show, than doing website security.
You should assume we use cookies as part of the shopping cart system. If you don't like this, you can always purchase your tickets at the box office. But even then, we have real cookies available for a donation (on the honor system) during the show's intermission, in case you get hungry.
