Patti is thrilled to be playing Penny in this heart-warming comedy! Favorite comedic roles include Betty Meeks in The Foreigner, Lexie Richards in Dixie Swim Club, and Becky Foster in Becky's New Car. Penny is her spirit-twin. Even the initials of her name and Penny's name match! She wants to thank the director, cast, and crew for putting up with her crazy antics and incessant hugging.Enjoy the show!

Picture

Michael Allen as PAUL
Michael is pleasantly pleased and proud to be "trodding the boards" at BCT for the first time! A veteran of several productions locally with both Mask & Mirror Community Theatre & HART theater in Hillsboro, Michael is looking forward to entertaining you!

Picture

Nicole Rayner as ALICE
Originally from San Jose, California, Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Industry & Recording Arts from CSU, Chico.  Her favorite past roles include Jo March in "Little Women," Truly Scrumptious in "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang," and Maria in "The Sound of Music."  Nicole is honored to join this great group of actors onstage and would like to thank Kraig for all of his support and patience.

Picture

Ciera Gregg as ESSIE
Ciera Gregg is excited to act in her third show with BCT as Essie in You Can't Take it With You! When not acting, Ciera can be found eating tacos or snuggling her two fur-children. Some of her accomplishments include singing incredibly off key and binge watching The Office or Friends (again and again). She dreams of one day being a contestant on The Price is Right.

Picture

Jordan Fugitt as ED
This is Jordan's first show in the Portland area, but he can't be more excited to perform in You Can't Take It With You. He has appeared in the show before where he discovered his love for acting. Since then, he spent a number of years teaching acting at a children's theater and appearing in various shows. He is thankful for his wife’s support and is looking forward to entertaining the Portland area for years to come.

Picture

Neil Wade Freer as DE PINNA
Neil is happy to perform in the play that made him want to get into theatre when he first saw it 30 years ago.  Past roles include Menelaus in Women of Troy, Florindo in The Liar, Renfield in Dracula and Owen Musser in The Foreigner. Thank you audiences for your continued support. We couldn't do this without you.

Valerie is delighted to be making her debut at BCT. She has previously performed in HART’s Macbeth (ensemble) and two Fertile Ground Readings at Lakewood Center for the Arts: Aged to Perfection (Laura) and A Haunting of Childhood (Sheila). When she isn’t playing a cheerful cook to the Sycamore family, Valerie’s spare time activities include: binge watching Netflix shows, drawing, reading, and singing in the car.

Picture

Les Ico as DONALD
The bio of Les Ico…read it in, man. Fresh off a stint in his Vegas one man show Losing…It, Les isn’t as excited as everyone else is to be in this show. To be honest, he really wanted the part of Alice. He even bought hair extensions and a hawt dress that accentuates his curvy figure. And though he will play Donald excellently, he’ll always dream about what could have been as Alice.

Picture

Kyle Urban as BORIS KOLENKHOV
Kyle is thrilled to be making his BCT debut. He is a transplant from Colorado who has spent the last 18 years on stage. Favorite roles include Polpoch in Marat/Sade (Star Bar Players), Dim in A Clockwork Orange (TDA), Bazzard in Mystery of Edwin Drood (MPA) and most recently as Henry in Frankenstein (Modern Prometheans). It is such a joy coming to rehearsal and “playing” with such a fine director and extraordinary cast. Jeanine loves working with dedicated people who aren’t afraid to laugh and have fun. Enjoy the show and thank you for supporting the Arts.

Picture

Lisa Bodry, Stage Manager
Lisa has worked on several plays over the past 7 years and after a 1.5 year break is back in her favorite role…Stage Manager. She has worked with Kraig before and is very excited to reunite with him again. She says this cast is top notch and the laughs in rehearsals give a good indication of just how fun this performance will be for audiences of all ages. Thank you, again, to her husband, Sutton, for the many absent nights while Lisa enjoys her “theatre fix”.
